PTSD DISORDER

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric condition that can occur in people who have witnessed or experienced traumatic events, such as emotional, physical, or life-threatening situations. PTSD can develop in the days following the event, though for most individuals, symptoms emerge within three months. In some cases, symptoms may lessen or fade over time, but for others, they can persist without proper treatment.
